Definitions
Customer - anyone purchasing a part or service from Clones
UK
Agreement - an arrangement undertaken with respect to a matter between
Clones UK and a Customer
Parties - the sole and both sides involved in an Agreement
Goods - parts or service(s) as supplied by Clones UK
Service part - any repair or replacement part, authorised for use
only by trained service technicians in the field of
maintenance of laptop computers
RTB - Return to Base ( Clones UK )
RMA - Returned Material Authorisation
OEM - Original Equipment Manufacturer ( not necessarily the selling
brand, vendor or supplier )
Reasonable
Carriage - carriage of not more than we would charge for the same
item(s) to the same destination |

Terms
of use
Use
of this website and / or buying from Clones UK, constitutes your
consent to Clones UK terms and conditions and your agreement to
be legally bound by them.The Parties to this Agreement agree with
the other that these terms and conditions prevail notwithstanding
any different, conflicted, or additional terms and conditions which
may appear on any order submitted by the Customer. |

Disclaimer
Clones
UK are not responsible for any liabilities that may be incurred by
your reliance on / use of this website or any content therein. Clones
UK may change the website content at any time, without notice and
are not responsible for any typographical errors or inaccuracies that
may occur.
Clones UK are not liable for any special, indirect or consequential
damaged resulting from loss of use, data or profits whether in an
action in contract, tort and statute.
All company logos and brand names are the registered trademarks of
their respective companies. They do not in any way suggest an endorsement

Repairs,
parts sold & services
Parts
available from stock will be at the advertised prices. Parts to be
ordered in on behalf of the Customer will be at the estimated and
/ or agreed prices given. All repair work and servicing to be preceded
with an estimate, work only to commence with Customer approval or
authorisation. Clones UK will supply / fit new standard parts, and
/ or reserve the right to supply / fit certified refurbished parts
of equal quality providing they carry the same warranty conditions.
All service parts carry standard 90 day RTB warranties.
Repairs / services are warranted against defects in workmanship and
material for a period of 90 days from date of invoice. No guarantee
of equipment performance is implied.
Laptop warranties are as advertised and are on an RTB basis.
All warranties are rendered void in the case of physical damage and
damaged caused by incorrect operating conditions. Warranty seals must
be intact for any claim to be entertained.
Parts which have been removed by Clones UK become the property of
Clones UK unless previously agreed. Parts replaced by Clones UK remain
the property of Clones UK until paid for in full, ownership then falls
to that of the Customer.

Maintenance
contracts
If the Customer has a current maintenance contract with Clones UK,
the Terms and Conditions of that current contract between the Parties
will prevail over these Terms and Conditions. Subject to the above
this Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the Parties
with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement and supersedes
all proposals, oral and written, all previous negotiations and all
other communications between the Parties with respect to the subject
matter of the Agreement. The Parties to this Agreement agree with
the other that these terms and conditions prevail notwithstanding
any different, conflicted, or additional terms and conditions which
may appear on any order submitted by the Customer. |

Liability
Clones UK's entire liability and Customer's rights are
set forth in this Agreement. These rights are Customer's exclusive
rights and no other right at law or equity is available other than
statutory imposed mandatory rights. Clones UK's sole obligations
and Customer's sole rights under any warranty provided by Clones
UK or mandatory imposed under statutory provision, are, at the option
of Clones UK.
In the case of goods, any one or more - replacement of the goods
or the supply of equivalent goods, repair of the goods.
In the case of services - the supply of the service(s) again.
All refunds / cancellations are at the discretion of Clones UK and
in some cases may incur losses and / or restocking fees. |

Payment
terms
Payment terms for UK - credit / debit cards, cheque or company cheque,
or bank transfer ( details available on request ), postal orders

Accounts available for Government, Education, Health
Service, maintenance companies etc - more
All orders are despatched on receipt of cleared funds only, unless
charged to a credit account. |

Delivery
terms
All orders are despatched on a signed for, insured service.
Where possible, we use a trackable courier service worldwide. All
Goods are packaged appropriately for the items, the service used
and their destination. Orders under £ 30.00 GBP may be despatched
by Royal mail courier for UK. Should there be no-one available at
the delivery address, all couriers will leave a contact card stating
they have tried to deliver. Redelivery is at the courier's discretion
and may incur charges. Goods will be made available for not less
than two days from delivery, for collection by the customer, at
the courier's nearest depot and will require proof of identification.
Orders
despatched that are charged to an account, require a valid, signed
purchase order faxed to us before shipping. Pro-forma invoices are
available on request.
Although all orders are sent on the same type of service, we use
different couriers for different order types and delivery areas.
This is at our discretion, and may depend upon the time of day your
order is ready for despatch. |

Receipt
of Goods
Goods will not be left without a signature. On receipt of Goods,
the Customer is required to examine those Goods to confirm that
the Goods are as ordered. If the Goods are not as ordered, or if
the Goods are damaged or incomplete, the Customer must contact Clones
UK within 3 working days of receipt. If Clones UK has not been notified
within 3 days then the Customer is deemed to have accepted those
Goods. Note, any Goods received should be signed for as unchecked
unless the Customer wishes to risk a warranty claim not being entertained.
Claims for Goods as above cannot be entertained beyond 3 working
days.

Warranty
claims
We do not send out advance replacements. In some cases parts are
only available on an exchange basis. If you have a warranty claim
that is urgent or time critical, then we suggest you make a new
order for the part(s). A full credit will be raised against the
returned part(s) once received and the fault confirmed. Credits
against carriage can only be raised if you provide proof of carriage
paid and only then to Reasonable Carriage as defined above.
In the event of a warranty claim the Customer must in the first
case contact Clones UK for authorisation to proceed. An RMA number
will be issued and must be included with the claim. Any claims received
without a RMA number cannot be entertained. In the second case in
respect of parts supplied / repairs, return of the claim to Clones
UK must be within one week of the RMA being issued
unless agreed. If Goods are not returned within one week of the
RMA being issued unless agreed, then the Customer is deemed to have
accepted those Goods. Goods must be returned postage paid by the
Customer and be in suitable packaging. The Customer is strongly
advised to retain original packaging for this purpose. The Customer
is advised to adequately insure Goods in transit, or they may suffer
a total loss and to send using a signed for service.
Acceptance of a returned part will be contingent upon presentation
of the invoice or purchase order that substantiates the original
transaction. Once the part is received and the fault confirmed,
a replacement will be sent out. In most cases this is the same day
( depending on workload and/or availability ). Alternatively a credit
can be raised.
An inspection fee may be charged at our discretion for returned
parts that are found not to be faulty. In addition, return carriage
will also be charged. |

OEM
parts
OEM parts are intended for use by trained service technicians
and as such may require specialist knowledge in their use and / or
application. Non-defective OEM parts can only be returned at Clones
UK's discretion, since some may require modification prior to application
under some environments. |

Cancellations
/ return of non-defective Goods
The return
of non-defective Goods and cancellations are subject to a 20% ( before
VAT ) restocking fee per item. Goods must be returned as warranty
procedure with a valid RMA. Carriage is not refundable.
Return of non-defective Goods and cancellations must be reported within
3 days of receipt of the order. If Clones UK has not been notified
within 3 days of receipt of the order then the Customer is deemed
to have accepted those Goods and they cannot be returned for these
reasons. |

Changes
to Terms and Conditions Clones
UK reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions
without notice. |
