How do I send my laptop to you ?

For a repair or service, sending your machine to us could not be easier. Simply pack it in suitable packaging and enclose a covering letter. Make sure your contact details are with it, the machine's details, a fault description and a return address. Alternatively, print out our packing form, fill in the required fields and enclose it with your unit.

Alternatively we can collect from you - call for details. Same day collection possible if notified before 12.00pm.

Remember, when you send a package, it will change hands many times throughout it's journey. If you value your machine then pack it well. We make every effort to pack it appropriately for a safe return.

You can send your package any way you like, but we recommend you use a signed for, insured service. Where possible use a trackable courier service. Yes it costs more, but you have a better chance it will arrive with no problems.
 
What if my laptop is damaged in transit to you ?

We will notify you immediately if your laptop has been damaged in transit.

Ensure you use adequate packaging otherwise you will not be able to claim against your courier.

All items that arrive with us, are signed for as unchecked and we will retain your original packaging to substantiate any claim you may make.
 
 
How long will it take for an estimate ?

We understand ' downtime ' is important and aim for 3-4 day turnaround on all repairs and servicing where parts are available from stock. Should there be any delay you will be informed of the new lead time. In some cases, some parts may be special order only.
 
 
Do I send payment with the laptop ? 

No. Wait until we contact you and a price is confirmed.
 
 
How do you send my laptop back ? 

Although orders are sent on the same type of service, we use different couriers for different order types and delivery areas. This is at our discretion, and may depend upon the time of day your order is ready for despatch.


         
 


All orders are despatched on a signed for, insured service. Where possible, we use a trackable courier service worldwide. All Goods are packaged appropriately for the items, the service used and their destination. Should there be no-one available at the delivery address, all couriers will leave a contact card stating they have tried to deliver. Redelivery is at the courier's discretion and may incur charges. Goods will be made available for not less than two days from delivery, for collection by the customer, at the courier's nearest depot and will require proof of identification.
