For all machines sent to Clones UK for repair or service, please use the form below. Print it out, fill in the required fields and enclose it with your unit. Use one form for each laptop sent.

We receive many laptops each day, sometimes many of the same model with similar faults. Whilst we make every effort to book work in correctly and separatley, there remains a possibilty of your machine being confused with another. Please fill in the serial number if known for your laptop.

When your package arrives with us it's contents are checked against any packing form. It is then booked into the Service Department and all it's parts included (or not) are noted. Serial numbers and are also taken. This helps us to not only to track your machine while it is with us, but also to make sure you get back the right one and in the correct specification.

Please give as much information as possible about the fault you have experienced.
