How does an account work ?

If you have a credit account with us then there is no need to raise payments before receiving your parts or services. All you need do, is to fax or post to us a valid, signed purchase order, with the item(s), carriage and price(s) and your order will be despatched as soon as possible. In many cases, where parts are available from stock, this is the same day. All orders are despatched on a next working day service.

You will be invoiced directly. Payments can be by cheque or bank transfer - BACCS, CHAPS, etc.

Are you a local authority establishment ? - council, government, education, health service, etc.

Then a credit account is automatically opened for you.
